Kate Belinski, attorney with Ballard and Spahr, requests a waiver on behalf of New Southern Majority, IE PAC, and states the following: The PAC attempted to upload the report on 4/23/2025, but it did not successfully submit. The staff did not realize that a confirmation email was needed. Immediately upon notice of this mishap, another attempt to upload the report was made on 5/2/2025. Despite receiving the confirmation email, they spoke with a BOE representative and were informed that it had not been submitted. The report was eventually submitted by fax the same day. The PAC takes its reporting obligations seriously.
