Aneatra Boykin is submitting a waiver request on behalf of Desiree Odell Collins and states the following: Ms. Collins contracted COVID-19 during the reporting period. In addition, a family member experienced a severe mental health crisis. She has consistently complied with filing requirements and remains committed to strict compliance. All future reports will be filed in a timely manner and in accordance with all applicable laws. Ms. Collins is willing to make an appearance to further explain her situation. Please waive or reduce the assessed late fee.
