Jamie Freeman, report preparer for the Create Film Jobs PAC, requests a waiver and states the following: Ms. Freeman believes the report was not received before the deadline due to technical issues rather than a willful oversight. The day that she submitted reports for the three PACs she manages, she believed the filings were successfully submitted. Unfortunately, only two were received. This error was not realized until after receiving the delinquency notice. Ms. Freeman recalls receiving intermittent internet connectivity issues on that day. She takes compliance seriously, strives to meet every reporting deadline, and maintains accurate filings. Please waive the assessed late fee.
