| Waiver request submitted by Taylor Jamison, former member of the Shreveport - Bossier Convention & Tourist Bureau, regarding a $1500 late fee assessed for filing his amended 2021 Tier 2.1 annual pfd 44 days late; and, a $1500 late fee assessed for filing his amended 2022 Tier 2.1 annual pfd 44 days late. |

Taylor Jamison states that the delay in filing occurred during a time of transition and heightened responsibility following his promotion in October 2024. Between late October and mid-December 2024, his traveling obligations increased in addition to the responsibility he already had as a father of two. There was very little time for administrative filings. Please recognize that the untimely filing was not due to negligence, but an over extension during a period of professional transition. Mr. Jamison is committed to compliance and appreciates your consideration of this matter. Please waive the assessed late fee.
