- The Public Affairs Research Council of Louisiana (PAR) published an article highlighting trends in Ethics complaints and enforcement. In connection with the article, PAR hosted a webinar dealing with Ethics issues on November 20th. Chairman Amato and myself participated as panelists. You can view the webinar at PAR's website.
