Ronald Lynn Deloach initially filed the disclosure in August. It was the 1st time he personally uploaded it at home due to a lack of internet signal, and he didn't know that it had not been submitted. After being notified of the mishap, he went to his school board office to upload the file in person on 10/1/2025. Mr. Deloach has consistently submitted his disclosures on time. La. R.S. 42:1119B(2)(a)(iii) by September fifteenth of each school year, any school board member or superintendent whose immediate family member is employed by the school board shall file a disclosure statement with the Board of Ethics stating the facts of such employment. Any person who fails to timely file a disclosure statement under this Item may be assessed a late fee of fifty dollars per day, not to exceed one thousand five hundred dollars, subject to the provisions of R.S. 42:1157.

Suspend all but $300 based on future compliance with the Code of Ethics. The $300 is payable within 20 days and if payment is not received within 20 days, the full amount of the late fee becomes due and owing.
