Anthony Jackson, chairperson for True Leadership Political Action PAC, requests a waiver and states the following:
He recently assumed the role of chairperson and was unaware that the original Statement of Organization had not been submitted before his appointment. Upon learning this oversight, he immediately took steps to ensure this does not happen again. An internal deadline has been implemented for January 5th for their preparer and bookkeeper to submit all required filings well before the January 31st deadline. They thank you for considering this request and ask that you waive the assessed late fee.
