| Waiver request submitted by Dusty Fallin, Richland Parish - Delhi Charter School, regarding a $500 late fee assessed for filing his 2025 School Board Disclosure 10 days late. |

|
Dusty Fallin serves on the Delhi Charter School Board. He was laid off from his job in August 2025 and was unable to complete the disclosure. The unexpected job loss consumed his full attention, preventing him from attending to this administrative task. Once the crisis subsided, he submitted the disclosure. He regrets the oversight, as it was unintentional and does not reflect his commitment to transparency and ethical governance. This is an isolated incident in his five years in public service. Mr. Fallin has since implemented new safeguards, including setting up recurring calendar reminders. Please waive or reduce the assessed late fee.
