| Request that the Board waive the $2,000.00 campaign finance late fee assessed against Amy Pollard, disqualified candidate for State Representative, 61st Representative District in the October 12, 2019 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 2260 days late. |
|
Amy Pollard requests a waiver and states the following:
Although the courts determined that Amy M. Pollard's removal from the ballot was due to a residency issue, she understands that the failure to file the 30-P report on time is a separate matter that deserves an explanation. Ms. Pollard was unaware of the specific deadline and requirement to submit the report due to being disqualified. She regrets this oversight and takes compliance with all statutory and administrative requirements seriously. There were no contributions or donations. The only financial transaction was the qualifying/registration fee, and the report has since been filed. Please waive the assessed late fee.
