Patrice Joseph Smith requests a waiver and states the following: She was informed that her paperwork was done. She called the BOE office numerous times to explain that her niece had completed and submitted her reports. Her niece lives in Mississippi, and she believed she submitted the reports. This was Ms. Smith's first time stepping into unfamiliar territory, so she had no idea about the paperwork. She only received $1,000 in her position and had no extra money left. Please consider waiving this assessed late fee.
