Ms. Foxworth requests a waiver and states the following: With respect to the timeliness, Ms. Foxworth denies having received the late fee orders due to changes in mailing addresses.
As to the substance of the waiver requests, Ms. Foxworth states that the 2020 election year was unprecedented due to the impact of the Covid19 pandemic. Accordingly, she was simultaneously qualified to run for two successive elections only 4 months apart, which made reporting confusing.
