Mr. Bruneau states that his client in Louisiana closed out work in October 2025. There was no activity and no financial disclosures for either November or December and essentially no lobbying activity by himself in Louisiana since September.
Lobbying Staff Notes: Lobbying staff sends a monthly expenditure report reminder email around 10 calendar days prior to each monthly filing deadline date. Based on the online activity report generated in the Filemaker lobbying system, the email address listed in his profile is current as of 2/26/2016 and was the current email address used by staff to correspond with him. The November expenditure report reminder email was sent on 12/15/2025. The December expenditure report reminder email was sent on 1/12/2026. Since a registration renewal was not received from Mr. Bruneau for 2026, on 1/9/2026, lobbying staff emailed Mr. Bruneau requesting him to finalize reports for November 2025, December 2025 and to complete his 2025 lobbying training course since it was due by 12/31/2025. Additionally, on 1/9/2025, Lobbying staff informed Mr. Bruneau that a $50/day fine per day was being assessed until his November 2025 report was finalized and was due on 12/29/2025.
