: Tehmi Chassion requests a waiver and states the following: He forgot to file his 2024 SUPP for the 10/12/19 election, which triggered two $400 fines to be reassessed that were previously suspended in docket #2018-380. This mishap was unintentional. Mr. Chassion's daughter was born on 2/12/18, three days prior to the due date of both reports. Due to complications, she remained in the hospital, and he didn't realize the 2017 SUPP reports were late until she was released, which prompted the untimely report filings. He will gladly pay the $80 fee, but requests that the two $400 fines not be reassessed.
