Eric J. Jones submitted a waiver and states the following: before being one day late, the reports were filed on time. He believed that after the primary election, all campaign filings were completed. There were also issues with mail delivery because someone was deliberately blocking the mailbox at that time. Please suspend or reduce the fee. Mr. Jones does not have any funds in his campaign account, and the 30-P fine was paid out of his personal account.
