| Request that the Board waive the $720.00 late fee assessed against Dele Adebamiji, an unsuccessful candidate for District Judge, 19th Judicial District Court, ES 1, Div. O, East Baton Rouge Parish, in the October 11, 2025 election, whose 10-G campaign finance report was filed 19 days late. |
|
Dele Adebamiji submitted a waiver and states the following: He faxed the report instead of electronically filing due to technical issues, which resulted in its rejection. When he received the notice, the deadline had already passed. This mishap was unintentional. The report was submitted in hard copy and fax. All errors have since been corrected and electronically filed. Please waive the assessed late fee.
