Request that the Board reconsider its decision to reduce to $1,000 and suspend all but $500 for each of three (3) $2,500.00 campaign finance late fees ($7,500.00 total) assessed against Daniel M. "Danny" Cole, an unsuccessful candidate for Governor in the October 14, 2023 election, whose 30-P, 10-P & 10-G campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 350, 330 and 295 days late, respectively. |
