Brett N. Brinson, on on behalf of the LA State Pelican PAC, requests a waiver and states the following: Mr. Brinson was promptly contacted after the PAC received the NOD. With the guidance of a BOE representative, the report was amended. To prevent future issues, Faulk and Winkler were given the responsibility for handling all CF reporting and compliance matters on an ongoing basis. Please waive the assessed late fee.
