Steven E. Pylant requests a waiver and states the following: Shortly after qualifying for sheriff in the special election, he had serious medical issues. He was forced to pause the campaign in mid-July after the deadline to be removed from the ballot. The campaign account has been closed. He would like to thank you for your attention to this matter and request a waiver of the assessed late fee.
