Trey Brownfield requests a waiver and states the following: He initially filed the disclosure, but was unaware that an additional document was required less than three weeks later. The reporting rules are complex. Importantly, there were no substantive changes during that period. He neither raised nor received any funds, and no activity would have altered the information previously provided. Mr. Brownfield ran unopposed, and his colleagues who ran opposed did not file anything. He would like to thank you for your time and consideration. Please waive or reduce the assessed late fee.
