Stephen Swiber requests a waiver and states the following: He takes full responsibility for the untimely filing of his report. He moved to a new address in January 2024, so the NOD was forwarded. It did not arrive until after the maximum penalty had accrued, but he filed the report immediately. Mr. Swiber believes the reminder e-mail was forwarded to his previous attorney, but in April 2024, that attorney's office was raided. Consequently, he ended his connection with the attorney. Mr. Swiber understands that he is responsible for timely filings, but this matter disrupted his understanding of requirements. All filings, both prior and since, have been timely. Please waive or reduce the assessed late fee.
