Dustan J. Abshire requests a waiver and states the following: His campaign bank account was closed following the 10/14/2023 election. There has been no reportable activity associated with the campaign committee since that time. Approximately $70K used in connection with the campaign were personal resources. Since the vast majority of activity consisted of personal expenditures rather than campaign funds, there was no cognizable basis for anticipating that a supplemental report would reflect reportable activity.
