5. <br /> Rena Diane Bennett Hollie received three payroll checks from the Town of Pearl River <br /> for $900, $770.80 and $770.80 for unused vacation pay which she was not duly entitled to <br /> receive. <br /> 6. <br /> Rena Diane Bennett Hollie requested approval for payment for three payroll checks from <br /> the Town of Pearl River for $900, $770.80 and $770.80 for unused vacation pay and was an <br /> authorized signatory on each of the checks made payable to her. <br /> 7. <br /> During the time that Rena Diane Bennett Hollie served as town clerk for the Town of <br /> Pearl River, she received free services from town maintenance staff which included picking up <br /> building supplies from Home Depot and delivering them to her personal residence during <br /> working hours. <br /> 8. <br /> Rena Diane Bennett Hollie later reimbursed the Town of Pearl River $3,834.46 for the <br /> items she purchased using a credit card issued to the Town of Pearl River. <br /> 9. <br /> La. R.S. 42:1111A prohibits a public servant from receiving anything of economic value <br /> for the performance of his job duties other than the compensation and benefits from the <br /> governmental entity to which he is duly entitled. <br /> Page 2 of 7 <br />
