ORDER <br /> FOR THE FOREGOING REASONS: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that,based on the foregoing, Brandon Andrews and J & B Industries, <br /> LLC violated La. R. S. 42:1113A on each occasion that Brandon Andrews and J & B Industries, <br /> LLC provided services in connection with the Drug Court Program, and submitted an invoice to <br /> the Twenty-First Judicial District Court for services rendered, at a time when his mother, Sara <br /> Brumfield, was employed as the Judicial Administrator for the Twenty-First Judicial District <br /> Court. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a civil penalty of$1,000, payable to the Treasurer of <br /> the State of Louisiana, is hereby assessed upon Brandon Andrews and J&B Industries, LLC and <br /> that, in the event of a failure to pay, the Board may file suit to compel the immediate payment of <br /> any balance due. <br /> 7 <br />
