11. <br /> Since January 1, 2013, the Court has contracted with Feliciana J & B Industries, LLC to <br /> perform drug screening services for the Court. Feliciana J&B Industries,LLC is now responsible <br /> for collecting samples from all of the participants in the Drug Court Program,shipping the samples <br /> to the laboratory for testing, and reporting the results to the Court. The results are reported by the <br /> laboratories directly to the Court. <br /> 12. <br /> From January 1,2013 through approximately June 30,2015,Feliciana J&B Industries,LLC <br /> used J & B Industries, LLC for the purchase of drug screening services and products from the <br /> laboratories for all of its clients,including the Drug Court Program,as well as other clients that had <br /> no relationship with or connection to the Drug Court Program. <br /> 13. <br /> During that period, several employees of J &B Industries, LLC also worked for Feliciana <br /> J &B Industries, LLC collecting samples from participants in the Drug Court Program. <br /> 14. <br /> Those employees were paid directly by J&B Industries,LLC. Thereafter,Feliciana J &B <br /> Industries, LLC reimbursed J & B Industries, LLC for their wages associated with the services <br /> performed for the Drug Court Program. <br /> 15. <br /> If called to testify,Ms.Brumfield would state that this procedure was approved by the Chief <br /> Judge of the Court based upon approval from the Louisiana Supreme Court. <br /> Page 3 of 9 <br />
