14. <br /> On July 1, 2015, Clark Entities, LLC, entered into a contract with the Vision Academy to <br /> serve in the capacity of Compliance Officer for Vision Academy on a contractual basis for the 2015- <br /> 2016 school year with a term of July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. <br /> 15. <br /> Clark Entities, LLC, was compensated a total of$58,415.00 for services rendered to the <br /> Vision Academy between July 1, 2015 through June 30, 2016. <br /> 16. <br /> LaToya Jackson offered the,entered into and approved the contract with Clark Entities,LLC, <br /> and authorized and approved all payments made to Clark Entities, LLC, between July 1, 2015 <br /> through June 30, 2016 totaling $58,415.00. <br /> 17. <br /> On February 8, 2016, Clark Entities, LLC entered into another contract with the Vision <br /> Academy to perform functional data services duties assisting with the execution of state reporting <br /> at an hourly rate of$40 per hour. <br /> 18. <br /> On March 15,2016,all contracts between Clark Entities,LLC,and the Vision Academy were <br /> dissolved by the Board of Directors of Learning Solutions, Inc. <br /> 19. <br /> La.
