JONES <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics(the"Board"),pursuant to the authority contained in La.R.S. <br /> 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning Eddie Jones, member of the Lincoln <br /> Parish School Board, and Otis Jones, employee of the Lincoln Parish School Board. <br /> I. <br /> Eddie M. Jones has been a member of the Lincoln Parish School Board since November 7, <br /> 2006 and at all pertinent times herein, with his office set to expire on December 31, 2014. <br /> II. <br /> The Howard School is a state licensed alternative school located on the campus of the <br /> Louisiana Methodist Children's Home,which is run by the Louisiana United Methodist Children and <br /> Family Services. <br /> III. <br /> The Lincoln Parish School Board receives funding from the federal government to for the <br /> federal government's Title I Part D program. <br /> IV. <br /> The Howard School receives funding from the Lincoln Parish School Board to fund a Title <br /> I Part D program position. <br /> Page 1 of 9 <br />
