XI. <br /> The contract between Otis Jones and the Lincoln Parish School Board provided that his <br /> "salary will be paid with Lincoln Parish School Board NCLB Title I Funds,IDEA,or General Funds <br /> based on the number of days and hours worked." <br /> XII. <br /> Otis Jones was also employed by the Lincoln Parish School Board during the summer of <br /> 2013 for the 2013 Summer School Program from May 28,2013 through June 27,2013. Otis Jones <br /> received $17,052.50 for his summer school employment. <br /> XIII. <br /> On December 20, 2013, Otis Jones submitted a letter of resignation to the Lincoln Parish <br /> School Board. <br /> XIV. <br /> On August 19, 2013, Eddie M. Jones filed a School Board Disclosure Statement with the <br /> Louisiana Board of Ethics disclosing the employment of his son,Otis Jones,with the Lincoln Parish <br /> School Board. <br /> XV. <br /> La. R.S. 42:1119B provides with respect to nepotism: <br /> B.(1)No member of the immediate family of a member of a governing authority or <br /> the chief executive of a governmental entity shall be employed by the governmental <br /> entity. <br /> La.
