LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> BOARD NO: 2017-1219 <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF: <br /> CHASTITY LIVINGSTON <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Chastity Livingston, in the course of her employment as Campus <br /> Card Manager at Grambling State University, improperly received $14,000 in her Tiger l G-Flex <br /> Account, which she was not duly entitled to receive, for the performance of her job duties as a <br /> Campus Card Manager. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence <br /> of Chastity Livingston, the BOE and Chastity Livingston enter into this Consent Opinion as <br /> follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Chastity Livingston, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish <br /> of Lincoln, with a last known address of 912 Third Ave., Ruston, Louisiana <br /> 71270; and, <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, a Louisiana State agency domiciled in East <br /> Baton Rouge Parish whose mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, <br /> Louisiana 70821. <br />
