Ethics Board Docket No. 1 -7 --- a l <br /> Page 3 of 11 <br /> 3. <br /> An audit was conducted by the University of Louisiana System relative to Tiger 1 <br /> Card accounts that disclosed between October 30, 2014 and January 12, 2017, Yvette <br /> Robinson improperly transferred to and received $12,200 in her Tiger 1 G-Flex Account <br /> to which she was not duly entitled to receive for the performance of her job duties as a <br /> Campus Card Manager. <br /> 4. <br /> Yvette Robinson received money to which she was not duly entitled for the <br /> performance of her duties and responsibilities as an Assistant to the Vice President of <br /> Finance and Administration and the Campus Card Manager for Grambling State <br /> University. <br /> 5. <br /> Yvette Robinson admitted to the Louisiana State Police during an interview <br /> conducted on October 25, 2017, that she was involved in the improper transfer and <br /> receipt of money from Grambling State University to herself in the amount of$12,500 to <br /> which she was not duly entitled to receive for the performance of her job duties and <br /> responsibilities as Campus Card Manager. <br /> IV. <br /> PROVISIONS OF LAW: <br /> 1. <br /> Section 111 lA(1)(a) of the Code of Governmental Ethics prohibits a public <br /> servant from receiving anything of economic value, other than compensation and benefits <br /> from the governmental entity to which he is duly entitled, for the performance of the <br /> duties and responsibilities of his office or position. <br /> Sections 1112A of the Code of Governmental Ethics prohibits a public servant, <br /> except as provided in R.S. 42:1120, from participating in a transaction in which he has a <br /> personal substantial economic interest of which he may be reasonably expected to know <br /> involving the governmental entity. <br /> 2. <br />
