LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> IN THE MATTER CONSENT ORDER NO. 2017-1219 <br /> OF <br /> YVETTE ROBINSON <br /> BE IT KNOWN, that this Confession of Judgment has been given an effective date of the <br /> day of 12022. <br /> BEFORE ME, the undersigned Notary Public, duly commissioned and qualified, in and <br /> for the Parish of , State of Louisiana, and in the presence of the hereinafter <br /> subscribing witnesses, personally came and appeared: <br /> Yvette Robinson an individual of the age of majority domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Lincoln, State of Louisiana, whose mailing address is 1010 S. Trenton Street, <br /> Ruston, Louisiana, 71270; <br /> who has declared, stated and acknowledged that he is indebted to the Louisiana Board of Ethics <br /> in the full sum of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY DOLLARS ($250.00) for a civil penalty imposed <br /> against her individually, on this day, by the Louisiana Board of Ethics in BD No. 2017-1219, in <br /> which the Louisiana Board of Ethics found as a matter of fact and as a conclusion of law that: <br /> Yvette Robinsons, violated La. R.S. 42:1111A(1)(a) by virtue of her receipt of <br /> payments from Grambling State University to her Tiger 1 G-Flex Account,to which <br /> she was not duly entitled to receive for the performance of her duties as an <br /> employee of Grambling State University. <br /> A pro forma copy of the Consent Opinion is attached hereto and made a part hereof as <br /> Exhibit "A." <br /> That, due to an evidenced financial hardship, the Louisiana Board of Ethics has agreed <br /> to allow Yvette Robinson the opportunity to satisfy the imposed $250.00 civil penalty by paying <br /> Page 1 of 2 <br />
