LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BOARD NO: 2021-835 <br /> PRECIOUS PHILLIPS <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101. et., seq., and <br /> particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation concerning <br /> information that Precious Phillips, in the course of her position as Cheer Sponsor for Judson <br /> Fundamental Elementary School ("JFES") of Caddo Parish School Board, personally received <br /> $5,165 in compensation for the performance of her duties and responsibilities as Cheer Sponsor to <br /> which she was not duly entitled to receive. <br /> On the basis on information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Precious Phillips,the BOE and Precious Phillips enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Precious Phillips, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of Bossier, <br /> with a last known address of 401 Joannes Street, Bossier City, Louisiana 71111; and <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics,a Louisiana State Agency,domiciled in East Baton Rouge <br /> Parish whose mailing address is P.O.
