ORDER <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Precious Phillips violated La. R.S. 42:1111(A)(1) by virtue of her <br /> receipt of compensation totaling $5,165.00 which she was not duly entitled to receive, for the <br /> performance of her job duties and responsibilities as a Cheer sponsor within the Judson <br /> Fundamental Elementary School of Caddo county School Board. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a five-hundred dollar($500) civil penalty, payable to <br /> the Treasurer of the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Precious Phillips and that in the event of <br /> a failure to pay,the suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> Page 6 of 8 <br />
