Power Production Operations Supervisor Bob Myres shall handle any employment related issues <br /> with regard to Jared Gaspard. This proposed disqualification plan meets the requirements of <br /> Chapter 14 of the Title 52 of the Louisiana Administrative Code -Rules of the Board of Ethics. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you,that the Code does not prohibit LCG from <br /> hiring Jared Gaspard as a Power Plant Technician. Further, the Board approved the proposed <br /> disqualification plan. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental <br /> Ethics.
