LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF LISA COOPER BD NO: 2021-726 <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Lisa Cooper paid herself money from an account belonging to the <br /> Cottonport Housing Authority. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Lisa Cooper as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Lisa Cooper, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Avoyelles with a last known address of 1996 Highway 107 S,Cottonport,Louisiana <br /> 71327. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br /> II. <br /> JURISDICTION: <br /> 1. <br /> The BOE is an agency of the State of Louisiana domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish, <br /> Louisiana. <br />
