• Ethics Board Docket No. 2006-439 <br /> Page 3 of 7 <br /> 1. <br /> Jim Tucker has served duly elected member of the Louisiana State House of Representatives <br /> since February 2001. <br /> 2. <br /> Jim Tucker is the Managing Member of Garden Oaks Holdings, LLC which is owned by <br /> Tucker Property Holdings, LLC. Jim Tucker owns a 60% interest in Tucker Property Holdings, <br /> LLC. Mr. Tucker is considered the 60% owner of Garden Oaks Holdings, LLC. Garden Oaks <br /> Holdings,LLC operates the Jackson's Landing Apartments,North and South,which were severely <br /> damaged during Hurricane Katrina. <br /> 3. <br /> • Jim Tucker is the Managing Member of Hayne Boulevard Investments #1, LLC and is the <br /> sole owner of that Limited Liability Company. Hayne Boulevard Investments#1,LLC operated the <br /> Chateau Thierry Apartments, which were very severely damaged during Hurricane Katrina until <br /> September 2007. <br /> 4. <br /> Pursuant to The Gulf Opportunity Zone Act of 2005 the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency <br /> adopted a Qualified Allocation Plan to competitively award certain Tax Credits to address the acute <br /> housing problems caused by Hurricanes Katrina and Rita <br /> 5. <br /> As the Managing Member of Garden Oaks Holdings and Hayne Boulevard Investments#1, <br /> Jim Tucker submitted bids to participate in the Louisiana Housing Finance Agency's Qualified <br />
