Ethics Board Docket No. 2023-1093 <br /> Page 8 of 9 <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Dakota McKinney,in his capacity as an employee of MPD,violated <br /> Section 1111 C(1)(a) of the Ethics Code by virtue of being paid by Trigger for services related to <br /> traffic law enforcement. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Dakota McKinney, in his capacity as an employee of <br /> MPD, violated Section 1113A by virtue of entering into transactions with Trigger that were under <br /> the supervision or jurisdiction of MPD. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a$2,500 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of the <br /> State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Dakota McKinney and that in the event of a failure to pay, a <br /> suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br /> ���-i��S��t6��'$����`°� <br /> ����� ������'t�� <br /> - _ <br />
