LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> BD NO.2021-751 <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> TRISEAN "SEAN" WILSON <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics(the"Board"),pursuant to the authority contained in La.R.S. <br /> 42:1141, conducted a confidential investigation concerning information that while Trisean"Sean" <br /> Wilson served as the Head of School of the International High School of New Orleans Charter <br /> School and CEO of Voice for International Business and Education, charter operator of the high <br /> school, his brother, Kevin Wilson, was employed as the Lead Maintenance Mechanic at the <br /> International High School of New Orleans Charter School in derogation of La. R.S. 42:1119; and, <br /> that Trisean"Sean"Wilson, in his capacity as the Head of School of the International High School <br /> ofNew Orleans Charter School and CEO of Voice for International Business and Education,charter <br /> operator of the high school participated in the hiring of his brother to the position of Lead <br /> Maintenance Mechanic in derogation of La. R.S. 42:1112B(1). <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Trisean"Sean" Wilson,the Board now makes the following essential: <br /> 1. <br /> PARTIES <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Trisean"Sean"Wilson,a person of the full age of majority,domiciled in the Parish <br /> of Jefferson with a last known address of 3913 Lake Des Allemands Drive,Harvey, <br /> LA 70058-4549; and, <br />
