You report to the Director of Mosquito Control, Nathan Areno. You supervise supervisors <br /> and other staff in your area of operations. <br /> Your job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to, assisting the Director in <br /> developing, implementing, and evaluating programs within Mosquito Control; assisting the <br /> Director with the preparation of the budget; reviewing performance data to monitor and measure <br /> productivity, goal progress,and activity levels; and overseeing initiatives within Mosquito Control <br /> to enhance and improve service delivery. <br /> You stated that you will be retiring soon. You would like to accept employment in a sales position <br /> with a private company,Azelis AE&S. You would serve as an outside sales representative for all <br /> of Louisana and Mississippi. During your tenure with Mosquito Control,you purchased chemicals <br /> and equipment from Azelis AE&S. You ask whether the company will be allowed to continue <br /> business with Calceasieu Parish if you have no dealing with procurement, bidding, etc. on <br /> transactions between the parish and the company. <br /> LAw <br /> La. R.S. 42:1121B.
