LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BOARD NO: 2022-698 <br /> AIMEE RIVIERE <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics (hereinafter referred to as the `Bthics Code"), La. R.S. 42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Aimee Riviere, in her capacity as an employee of the West Baton <br /> Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office, violated La. R.S. 42:1111(A)(1)(a) by virtue of her receipt of <br /> payments totaling$4,996.16,which she was not duly entitled to receive for the performance of her <br /> duties as an employee of the West Baton Rouge Parish Sheriff's Office. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, and with the concurrence of <br /> Aimee Riviere, the BOE and Aimee Riviere enter into this Consent Opinion as follows: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Aimee Riviere,a person of the full age of majority,domiciled in the Parish of West <br /> Baton Rouge, with a last known address of 310 Avenue F, Port Allen, Louisiana, <br /> 70767. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br />
