• <br /> 6. <br /> William Reeves, Jr. receives an annual salary of $55,000 for his employment with the <br /> Louisiana Rural Water Association. <br /> 7. <br /> William Reeves,Jr.'s duties include providing onsite technical assistance and training to <br /> water system operators,managers,and decision makers across the state. Technical assistance visits <br /> generally are in regards to water system operation and maintenance, management and finance, <br /> compliance with regulations,water treatment,safety, and security. <br /> 8. <br /> On June 2, 1981, the West Allen Parish Water District voted to join the Louisiana Rural <br /> Water Association. The West Allen Parish Water District has been a member of the Louisiana Rural <br /> Water Association continuously since June 2, 1981. <br /> 9. <br /> In addition to its basic membership, the Louisiana Rural Water Association also provided <br /> training and technical assistance for West Allen Parish Water District employees. West Allen Parish <br /> Water District paid$3,615.00 to the Louisiana Rural Water Association for the employee training <br /> and technical assistance in addition to its annual dues. <br /> 10. <br /> While serving on the West Allen Parish Water District Board of Commissioners, William <br /> Reeves,Jr.,as an employee of the Louisiana Rural Water Association,made four separate technical <br /> visits to the West Allen Parish Water District as follows: <br /> May 21, 2010 - provide information in'reoards to CCR reporting requirements <br /> August 30, 2011 review numbers for a rate study <br /> January 6,2012 - system planning on replacing outdated meters <br /> March 15, 2013 - discuss chlorine residual and treatment options for Stage 1/Stage 2 <br /> compliance <br /> Docket No. 2013-1188 Page 2 of 6 <br />
