R.S. 42:1117 by providing <br /> compensation to Ernie Esteve, an employee of the Marrero Estelle Volunteer Fire Company No. <br /> 1, at a time when Billiot Pest Control had a contractual or other business or financial relationship <br /> with Marrero Estelle Volunteer Fire Company No. 1 to provide pest control services to the <br /> buildings owned by the Marrero Estelle Volunteer Fire Company No. 1, which compensation <br /> Ernie Esteve was prohibited from receiving from Billiot Pest Control by La. R.S. <br /> 42:1111C(2)(d). <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $1,000 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer of <br /> the State of Louisiana, be assessed against Billiot Pest Control for such violation and that in the <br /> event of a failure to pay, the Board may file suit to compel immediate payment of any balance <br /> due. <br /> 4 <br />
