Ethics Board Docket No. )�1-1— ) DJ 01 <br /> Page 5 of 11 <br /> If this matter proceeded to a public hearing before the Ethics Adjudicatory Board, <br /> and the Ethics Adjudicatory Board found a violation of the Code of Governmental Ethics, <br /> the Ethics Adjudicatory Board could impose a fine of up to $10,000 for each violation of <br /> the Code. In this particular situation, it is the conclusion of the Board that the interest of <br /> the public would be served by, and the parties have agreed to resolve this matter amicably <br /> through the publication of this Consent Opinion with the imposition of a civil penalty in <br /> the amount of$500 against Yvette Robinson. <br /> VI. <br /> ORDER: <br /> For the foregoing reasons: <br /> IT IS ORDERED that Yvette Robinson violated La. R.S. 42:1111A(I)(a) and <br /> R.S. 42:1112A by virtue of Yvette Robinson improperly transferring $12,200 from <br /> Grambling State University to her Tiger I G-Flex Account, to which she was not duly <br /> entitled to receive for the performance of her job duties as Assistant to the Vice President <br /> of Finance and Administration and Campus Card Manager for Grambling State <br /> University. <br /> IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that a $250 civil penalty, payable to the Treasurer <br /> of the State of Louisiana, be imposed upon Yvette Robinson and that in the event of a <br /> failure to pay, that suit may be filed to compel immediate payment of any balance due. <br />
