LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> BD NO.2021-525 <br /> IN THE MATTER OF <br /> BRIAN BUCKER <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics(the`Board"),pursuant to the authority contained in La.R S. <br /> 42:1141,conducted a confidential investigation concerning information that while Brian Bucker was <br /> employed with the Caddo Parish School Board at Green Oaks Performing Arts School,he may have <br /> entered into transactions that were under the supervision or jurisdiction of the Green Oaks <br /> Performing Arts School in derogation of Section 1113A of the Code of Governmental Ethics(La. <br /> RS.42:1101 et seq.)(the"Ethics Code). In addition,Brian Bucker,in his capacity as an employee <br /> of the Caddo Parish School Board at Green Oaks Performing Arts School,may have participated in <br /> transactions involving the school in which he had a personal substantial economic interest in <br /> derogation of Section 1112A of the Code <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation,and with the concurrence of <br /> Brian Bucker,the Board now makes the following essential: <br /> I. <br /> PARTIES <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Brian Bucker,a person of the full age of majority,domiciled in the Parish of Bossier <br /> with a last known address of P.O.
