R.S. 42:1141C(3)(f). <br /> III. <br /> FINDINGS OF FACT: <br /> 1. <br /> On July 31,2009,the Voices of International Business and Education,Inc.,was incorporated <br /> exclusively for educational purposes and to operate the International High School of New Orleans <br /> Charter School. In or around 2016,the Louisiana Board of Elementary and Secondary Education <br /> entered into a Charter School Contract with the Voices of International Business and Education,Inc., <br /> to operate the International High School of New Orleans pursuant to the authority under La. R.S. <br /> 17:3971,et seq.,the"Charter School Demonstration Programs Law." On July 1,2021,the Charter <br /> School Contract between BESE and the Voices of International Business and Education, Inc.,was <br /> renewed for not less than three years nor more than ten years after a thorough review of the charter <br />
