LOUISIANA BOARD OF ETHICS <br /> CONSENT OPINION <br /> RE: IN THE MATTER OF BD NO: 2022-051 <br /> ANNE "BETH"JONES <br /> The Board of Ethics (the "BOE"), pursuant to the authority contained in the Louisiana <br /> Code of Governmental Ethics(hereinafter referred to as the"Ethics Code"), La. R.S.42:1101, et. <br /> seq., and particularly Section 1141 of the Ethics Code, conducted a confidential investigation <br /> concerning information that Anne "Beth" Jones violated the Ethics Code by authorizing and <br /> paying Billy Doiron to transact with Live Oak High School in violation of La. R.S. 42:1113. <br /> On the basis of information obtained during the investigation, the BOE enters into this <br /> Consent Opinion with Anne"Beth"Jones as follows: <br /> 1. <br /> PARTIES: <br /> The Parties hereto are: <br /> Anne Beth Jones, a person of the full age of majority, domiciled in the Parish of <br /> Livingston with a last known address of 3266 Weiss Rd.,Walker, Louisiana 70785. <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics, an agency of the State of Louisiana, whose <br /> mailing address is P.O. Box 4368, Baton Rouge, Louisiana, 70821. <br /> II. <br /> JURISDICTION: <br /> 1. <br /> The BOE is an agency of the State of Louisiana domiciled in East Baton Rouge Parish, <br /> Louisiana. <br />
