R.S. 42:1121A(2)by virtue of
his appointment by the Caddo Parish School Board to the Caddo Parish School Board within two
years of the termination of his public service on the Caddo Parish School Board.
As an elected member of the Caddo Parish School Board,he was a member of a board, which
prohibited him from being appointed to any position by the Caddo Parish School Board within two
years of the termination of his term on December 31, 2022. Therefore, his appointment on July 20,
2023 by the Caddo Parish School Board to a position on the Caddo Parish School Board violated La.
R.S. 42:1121A(2).
