Further, you are prohibited from rendering the same services you <br /> rendered to the Capital Projects Section while employed through the contract between the private <br /> consulting company and the Louisiana Department of Facility Planning and Control. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> The Louisiana Board of Ethics concluded and instructed me to inform you that the Code of <br /> Governmental Ethics does not prohibit you from accepting employment with a private consulting <br /> company that contracts with the Louisiana Department of Facility Planning and Control provided <br /> you do not manage any project involving Louisina State University on which you participated <br /> while employed with the Capital Projects Section; and, provided you do not render the same <br /> management services you provided while employed with the Capital Projects Section under the <br /> contract between the private consulting company and the Louisiana Department of Facility <br /> Planning and Control involving projects with the Capital Projects Section. <br /> This advisory opinion is based solely on the facts as set forth herein. Changes to the facts as <br /> presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the Code of Governmental <br /> Ethics.
