CONCLUSION <br /> The Board concluded, and instructed me to inform you, that the Code prohibits you from being <br /> appointed to the position of district manager by the CDD for a period of two years following the <br /> termination of your service as a CDD board member. Further, the Company is prohibited from <br /> entering into transactions with the CDD while you serve as a board member,and you are prohibited <br /> from assisting the Company for compensation in any transactions with the CDD for a period of <br /> two years following the termination of your service as a CDD board member. <br /> Changes to the facts as presented may result in a different application of the provisions of the <br /> Louisiana Code of Governmental Ethics.
