You are assigned to work under Patrick K. <br /> Blackwelder in Facility Maintenance. You stated that you retired from Department of Corrections <br /> HQ position in Technology Management. After your retirement, you started Celizlu Creations <br /> LLC. As an electronic technician, you may work in any area of the correctional facility that has <br /> technology issues. <br /> LAW <br /> La. R.S. 42:1113A(1)(a) of the Code prohibits public servants, their immediate family members, <br /> or legal entities in which they have a controlling interest, from entering into any contract, <br /> subcontract, or other transaction that is under the supervision or jurisdiction of the agency of such <br /> public servant. <br /> La. R.S. 42:1102(2)(a) defines "agency" to mean a department, office, division, agency, <br /> commission, board, committee, or other organizational unit of a governmental entity. <br /> La.
