Mr.Norris filed a Disclosure recusal Form with the BOE pursuant to La. R.S. 3 9 q:12 3 3.1. 1 , Cole Norr'is failed to file annual financial disclosure statements pursuant to La.I .S.42:1114 covering calendar years 2019, 2020, 202 1, and 2022. Iv, PROVISIONS IO OF LAW: The following provisions of law are implicated by the alleged facts stated herein; (a)La.I .S. 42**11 I 1 C(2)No public servant and no legal entity in which the pu is servant exercises control or owns an interest in.excess of twenty-five percent, shall receive any thing of economic value for or in consideration of services rendered, or to be rendered,to or for any person during his public service unless such services are: (d) Neither performed for nor compensated by any person from whom such public servant would be prohibited by R.S. 42:1115(A)(1) or(B) from receiving a gift."
